Notice of Change to Thursday Night Sailing Instructions
The Sailing Instructions for Thursday Night Racing have been modified. The fleet break between B and C has been changed from 150 to 145. Section 7.3 now reads:
7.3. The classes (i.e. fleet breaks) for the Thursday Night series will be announced at the sign-up night(s) held prior to the first race of the Spring Series and will be determined by the number and ratings of boats registering. The classes will remain in place for both the Spring and Summer Series and will be approximately as follows:

|C||145 through 184||“C” (Charlie)|
|D||185 and over||“D” (Delta)|
Double Handed Racing -- New for 2017
The 2017 Thursday Night Racing series will be open to double handed sailed boats. Boats will start with the fleet that corresponds to their PHRF-NE racing rating, will receive a rating modification of +10 seconds per mile, and are allowed the use of an autopilot.
